Return and Refund Policy
At Panta Rei Made, we take care in crafting, preparing, and packaging every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept return requests for eligible, unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be in their original condition, with their original packaging where applicable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of soap, skincare, lip care, bath products, or other personal-care items that have been opened or used.
Please contact us at hello@pantareimade.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for your return so we can provide instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, whenever possible.
Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
The Nature of Handmade Products
Our products are handcrafted in small batches, so slight variations in appearance, color, shape, and finish are normal. These differences are part of their handmade character and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Return Shipping
For approved returns unrelated to damage, defects, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If we made a mistake or an item arrived damaged or defective, we'll work with you to resolve the issue without additional shipping charges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet shipped can generally be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
