Where We Ship

Panta Rei Made currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available through our online store.

Processing Times

Our products are handcrafted in small batches in New Durham, New Hampshire. We typically prepare and ship orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During busy periods or for larger orders, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated according to package weight and displayed at checkout.

We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more.

For orders below $75, available shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery and Tracking

Orders are generally shipped through USPS. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Local Pickup

Complimentary local pickup is available at Top of the Ridge Farm in New Durham, New Hampshire.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We carefully package each order to help ensure it arrives in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email us at hello@pantareimade.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs, when applicable, so we can help resolve the issue.
